Our Mission

Clerk Driscoll, a dedicated and accomplished attorney and incumbent Clerk of Courts, pledges to continue championing transparency, efficiency in, and accessibility to the Essex County Superior Courts. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and trust in the judicial system that, the residents of Essex County have become accustomed to under his steadfast leadership.

Continuous Improvement and Adaptation

Clerk Driscoll will continue his collaboration with other branches of government, the various departments with the Trial Court, the justices that sit within the court, law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and community stakeholders to ensure the overall effectiveness of the Superior Court and all courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Community Engagement and Outreach

Clerk Driscoll will continue his reputation for engaging with the community through outreach programs, educational initiatives and partnerships with local organizations, high school and colleges to both educate as to the function of the court system and increase awareness of court services and resources.

Efficiency and Accessibility

Clerk Driscoll will continue to enhance, beyond the great strides taken under his leadership, the efficiency of court operations and assuring the accessibility to the legal system for all residents of Essex County who utilize the court.

Modernization and Technology Integration

Clerk Driscoll, having instituted significant technological upgrades throughout his administration, pledges to continue implement the ever-changing advances in technology that enhance the court’s efficiency and convenience for his constituents and court users.

Clerk Driscoll will continue his to manage the Superior Court to operate with the highest standards of transparency and accountability regarding all court proceedings, ensuring that the residents of Essex County continue to have trust and confidence in the judicial system.
